My name is Lena and I am a mother of a very energetic 18-month-old baby girl. 

​

I am a Birth / Post-partum Doula and work closely with you during your journey of Hapūtanga/ Pregnancy.  As the Polynesian Doula I welcome ALL Women and families during your sacred journey of Pregnancy, Birth and beyond.

 

I believe that the support of a Doula is soft, warm, caring, and done with Aroha/Love. It is a space of respect and non-judgmental support. This is your Birth, and I am here to help you shape it, your way. I believe every māmā /mother and whānau /family deserves this support and I am blessed to be here to do this - for our people.

 

I am very familiar with the Māori, Cook island, Tongan and Samoan birthing rituals and welcome all traditional teachings into my practice.  I aim to provide my services to all Low-income families, Teenagers, Polynesians, and all indigenous people.
